The name M2 was given to the second iteration of hybrid engines designed by BiSKY Team. Its design dates back to 2020, before the pandemic, and since then, the Propulsion and Structure teams have been working on this engine.

This engine is of considerable dimensions, representing a significant leap from M1 or M1.5.
